• SBC does not package your items for you. Please have all ground packages pre-boxed.

• We have free Fedex Express envelopes and boxes.

• Ground shipments can not be shipped in express boxes.

• SBC does not carry boxes for ground shipment.

• There is no extra charges for FedEx pre paid drop offs

• SBC charges a service fee for all non prepaid packages
